Well today we had our four island tour. It was great. Snorkeling and beach touring and of course another sunburn. Anyways, Kelly was snorkeling, flaunting that she was in the water and I was stuck on the long boat, bobbing like a bob. All was going well until she came back to the boat in a hurry.. the good luck has continued. A jelly fish liking the way Kelly looked, thought it would be nice of him to plant a large kiss right on her lips!! Her lips were swollen like Angelina Jolies! Two hours later they were still in pain so we asked our guide what to do. He ripped up some leaves from a nearby plant and smashed them together with some water. It helped quite a bit. Needless to say her lips where green! Anyways, they still hurt!
Mom we decided to continue going to the doctor for my cleaning. Even though the material we had was clean. We are not. He is a super nice guy, just charges a lot!
Kelly, enojy those pancakes, they sure are good here. 20 baht for a Bananna chocolate right off the street. We were wondering when your trip was. Hope its super fantastic fun, and don't be going to any road side chappels!!!!
Dad I was meaning to type in the last one, and tell you about these fabulous trees here. If you think your lawn lines are straight. You should see these trees, everywhere you go, down any highway. Every type of tree is growing in a perfectly straight line with equal distance between. Its something else, you gotta see!! HA
We weren't going to post today, but thought you might be stressing about cleaning it ourselves mom. We'll write again in a few days with pictures.

Hey Guys,
ReplyDeleteKuma and I are glad to hear you're having a great trip despite enduring some pain. Dean you must be almost healed now... keep in mind, redstreaks, sorearm pit, and fevers mean you should go to the hospital. Kelly quit making out with Jelly Fishes, I hope you lips feel better. Did you get a picture of the plant the guide used? Be a good one to remember... should it happen again and you two are left to fend for yourselves.
Just an idea, keep your eyes open for cooking lessons. Marika did some when she was there, and am I ever thankful. Might be a fun way to bring a bit of Thailand home with you.
Enjoy, be at peace, and whats a massage with benefits?
Wow,
ReplyDeleteDean, what is with you and stitches? I'm glad you are okay though...at least it saved you from the dangerous jellyfish in the water. It sounds like you are still having a fabulous time despite a few minor setbacks, and remember Kelly, people pay a lot of money to have that "full-lipped" look. I noticed you haven't posted anymore photos...
Take care guys, looking forward to hearing about the next set of adventures.
Dean glad that you are taking care of those stitches. Kelly, what a thing to happen - who would guess a jellyfish bite on your lips! Hopefully, that is all that will happen to the two of you. Glad that you are keeping us updated as often as you are! Buddy ate 5 worms for me the other day and is becoming more comfortable here. Still 2 crickets running around from your purchase of crickets and they are very musical in the evening - but not annoying. However, Buddy doesn't seem interested in eating them! Did you take a picture of the trees for Dad? Love ya Mom
ReplyDeleteHey guys its Tiff here! C'mon Dean, everyone knows what u do when someone is stung by a jellyfish....Hopefully it dosen't happen again, but if it does....take a gulp of water, drop ur pants and make history!!
ReplyDeleteHave fun and be safe guys!
Kelly is watching AFV and says Hi!!
Stitches and green(just missed St. Patricks day)Jolie lips....must be my kids. When the mommies say keep safe, just what did you think we were talking about? Now let's try this again. KEEP SAFE. Love you both tons, Mom H.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great photos!!!Hope the two of you are feeling more yourselves now...
ReplyDeleteHoly crow! What bad luck to both get hurt. Hopefully you will have no more injuries for the rest of your holiday. The rest of it sounds FABULOUS!!! Kelly, I got a position as an MCS trainee. I start on April 20th at the Creekside branch. Incase you were wondering, that's just on the outskirts of Airdrie. Oh well, it's only temporary until I can get some training and apply for something closer. Be safe you two.
